Automatically collected: When you visit and browse our website some data is automatically collected in logs to provide visitor statistics and some cookies may be set to remember useful information as you browse through our website.
Contact forms: When you complete a contact form on our website the personal information you provide is collected for the purpose of dealing with your enquiry/order.
When you speak to us by telephone or email, you may give us personal information about yourself.

We use basic contact data to deal with your enquiry, service your requirements and deal with associated billing and accounting requirements.
We do not keep customer, marketing or prospecting databases.

We retain data as long as is required to provide ongoing services to existing customers and at least 7 years to meet accounting requirements.
